How quickly does a Trex IPTV subscription start working?
Your line is generated automatically the moment the payment clears, not by hand afterwards. The credentials land in your inbox in under two minutes in almost every case. If your email is slow, the same details are on the order tracking page straight away.
Which devices can I watch Trex IPTV on?
Anything that reads an Xtream Codes line or an M3U playlist: Smart TVs from Samsung and LG, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and macOS, and MAG set-top boxes. For MAG you give us the MAC address at checkout and we bind the line to it.
Can I watch on more than one device at the same time?
Each device needs its own connection. At checkout you choose how many you want and we create that many separate lines, so two people can watch different things at once without either being disconnected.
What happens if a server goes down?
We publish a list of mirror hosts that all serve the same account. If one stops responding you change the host in your player and keep your existing username and password. Nothing needs to be re-purchased and we do not need to issue you a new line.
Do you offer a free trial before I pay?
We do not sell trials through this page, because the ones handed out publicly get abused within hours and everybody else pays for it in stream quality. If you want to test before committing, take the one month plan - it is the shortest paid commitment we offer and it is the same service as the longer plans.
How do I renew when my subscription ends?
Order again with the same email address and tell us it is a renewal at checkout. We extend the line you already have rather than issuing a new one, so nothing on your device needs to be set up a second time.
