1. What you are buying

A Trex IPTV subscription grants one person a licence to stream our service for the period and on the number of devices shown on your order. It is a service, not a product you own, and it ends on the expiry date unless you renew.

2. One stream per device

Each line permits one simultaneous connection. Opening a second connection on the same line will disconnect the first. If you need concurrent viewing, buy the number of devices you actually need at checkout.

3. Account sharing and resale

Your credentials are for your household. Sharing them publicly, reselling them, or distributing them in groups or on forums is grounds for termination without refund. If you want to sell subscriptions, use a reseller account — that route exists and is supported.

4. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Individual channels are subject to the broadcasters that originate them and can change or disappear without notice. Streaming hosts may be rotated; when that happens your credentials continue to work on the replacement host.

5. Your connection

Streaming quality depends on your own internet connection and your device. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Problems caused by your network, your ISP, or an underpowered device are outside what we can fix, though we will help you diagnose them.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to capture, rebroadcast, record for distribution, or reverse-engineer the service, nor use it to break the law where you live. Determining what is lawful in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate a subscription that breaches these terms, is charged back after delivery, or is used in a way that degrades the service for others. Where a breach is accidental we will normally contact you first.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes apply from the date they are published here and do not retroactively alter a subscription you have already paid for.
