What we collect

When you place an order we store your name, email address, phone number and country, the plan you chose, and the subscription credentials generated for you. If you order for a MAG box we also store that device's MAC address, because the line has to be bound to it.

What we never see

Card numbers, CVV codes and bank credentials. Payment happens entirely on our provider's secure page. We receive only a reference for the transaction and whether it succeeded.

Why we hold it

Your email is how we deliver credentials and how you recover them later. Your phone number and country let support reach you and help us pick the right channel region. The order record is what lets us verify a renewal belongs to you.

Who else touches it

Two processors, both only as far as necessary: our payment provider, which handles the transaction, and the activation panel that generates your streaming line. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Technical logs

Our web server records IP addresses and request times as standard, which we use for security and abuse prevention. These logs rotate and are not linked to marketing profiles.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie on the contact form to protect it against forged submissions. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and subscription records are retained while your subscription is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so renewals and support history still work. Ask us to delete your record and we will, except where we must keep a transaction record for accounting.
