You pay
Your card is processed by our payment provider on your own bank's 3-D Secure page. We never see or store a card number. The order is reserved under a TRXZ- number before you are sent there, so it exists even if your connection drops.
The panel builds your line
The confirmed payment triggers the activation panel to create your subscription for the region and duration you chose. If you ordered several devices, a separate line is created for each one.
You get the details
Server address, username, password and a ready-made M3U link arrive by email, and appear on the tracking page at the same moment. Nothing is held back for a manual check.
Four things, and what each one is for
Server address
The host your player connects to, like http://line.example.site. This is the only value that ever changes, and only if you move to a mirror.
Username & password
Your line's identity. These stay the same for the life of the subscription, including across renewals and across every mirror host.
M3U playlist link
The same credentials wrapped into a single URL. Paste it into VLC or any app that asks for a playlist instead of a login.
EPG link
The programme guide feed, so your player can show what is on now and next rather than a bare list of channel names.
Changing host without losing your subscription
Streaming hosts occasionally get congested or blocked by an ISP. Your account is not tied to any one of them, so the fix is to point your player somewhere else — not to buy anything again.
Current hosts on every account
Any of these will serve your line with the same username and password.
In your player, edit the account or playlist and replace only the server address. Leave the username and password untouched, save, and reload the channel list. The setup guide shows this for each popular app.
